TimeTuna sends booking confirmations, email reminders before meetings, and optional SMS reminders (EU only, Executive plan). The Executive tier includes SMS confirmations and reminders to improve attendance rates and reduce cancellations.
TimeTuna's Executive plan (€120/year) enables team sharing for up to 6 people with round-robin and group scheduling modes. Multiple cohosts can be assigned to booking pages, and the system intelligently routes bookings across team members.
TimeTuna syncs in real-time with Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and iCal feeds. It reads availability from multiple calendars simultaneously, prevents double-bookings, and automatically generates meeting links (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) for confirmed bookings.
