Ordo

An easy way to save, organize, and find bookmarked reels

Overview

What it is

Ordo was born out of our own frustration of saving content and never finding them again. Instead of dumping everything into one endless list, Ordo automatically organizes saved Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, web content by topic so you can actually use what you save. Simple, fast, and built for people who save with intent, not just impulse.

Intent

I need it when

Build a personal reference library for travel planning, recipes, and product research

Ordo extracts and displays key details (addresses, opening hours, ingredients, ratings, pricing) from saved content and displays them on a map or in structured detail views, turning scattered social media posts into actionable plans without rewatching videos.

Organize and rediscover saved ideas without creating manual folders or taking screenshots

Ordo automatically categorizes saves into Places, Food/Recipe, Books, Films, Music, Workouts, and Products. Users can create custom collections, search by title or summary, and browse by category—eliminating manual organization overhead.

Maintain a private, distraction-free personal library without tracking or algorithmic recommendations

Ordo requires no login, does not track activity outside the app, does not display feeds or recommendations, and stores data privately. The app is designed for focus and simplicity, with no ads or behavioral profiling.

Access saved content details quickly without switching between apps

Ordo surfaces extracted metadata (plot summaries, cast, ratings for films; ingredients and steps for recipes; location and reviews for places) in a single screen, allowing users to decide whether to engage with the full content without opening Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms.

Save interesting content from social media without losing it in the algorithm

Ordo enables one-tap sharing from Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to save content instantly without interrupting browsing. Content is automatically organized with AI-generated folders and tags, making it retrievable later when the algorithm would have buried it.

Drop

Not a fit when

  • User needs to save and organize video files locally; Ordo saves only references and metadata, not actual media files
  • User requires social sharing or collaborative features; Ordo is designed as a private personal library with no social feed or sharing capabilities
  • User needs advanced search across third-party platforms; Ordo only searches within saved content references, not across Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube directly
  • User wants automatic backup to cloud storage services; Ordo stores data on its own servers only
  • User requires integration with project management or team collaboration tools; Ordo is built solely for individual content curation
