OneRack

Social platform to discover who’s strongest at your gym

Website apps.apple.com
Overview

What it is

Share your gym lifts, track your progress, and see who’s lifting at YOUR gym. OneRack is a social fitness platform that makes it easy to post your lifts, connect with others, and discover new lifters at all the gyms in your country!

Intent

I need it when

Stay motivated by seeing other people's training efforts and progress

OneRack's 'For You' page and Reels mode (similar to Instagram/TikTok) let users discover videos and posts from other lifters in their gym or network. Seeing others train hard provides motivation and inspiration to set and achieve new personal records.

Share gym achievements with friends and inspire their fitness community

OneRack enables users to post their lifts, PRs, and daily training sessions to share with their network. This creates a dedicated gym-focused feed separate from mixed social media, allowing users to inspire friends and celebrate progress together.

Compete with other lifters and discover who is strongest in their gym

OneRack provides SBD-rankings (squat, bench, deadlift) that automatically update when users set new PRs. Users can compete for top positions in their gym or view friends-only rankings to compare performance exclusively within their network.

Track personal records and monitor strength progression over time

OneRack lets users log each lift they perform and automatically builds a clear overview of their strength development. Users can compare current performance against previous records directly from their profile, staying motivated to improve their PRs.

Find gyms and connect with other lifters in their area

OneRack includes an interactive map showing gyms across the Netherlands and other supported countries, revealing which locations have the most lifter activity. Users can discover new training locations and see where their gym community is most active.

Drop

Not a fit when

  • User trains at a gym outside the Netherlands, as OneRack currently only supports gyms in the Netherlands and 11 other countries with limited coverage
  • User prefers privacy and does not want to share their lifts publicly or compete with others in rankings
  • User needs comprehensive workout planning and programming features beyond lift logging and social comparison
  • User trains exercises outside the supported categories (squat, bench, deadlift, and Olympic weightlifting)
  • User requires detailed analytics, form coaching, or AI-powered workout recommendations rather than social motivation
