Integrations allow users to connect remote MCP servers from services like Jira, Confluence, Zapier, and others directly to Claude. Claude gains deep context about project histories, task statuses, and organizational knowledge, enabling it to take informed actions across multiple tools in a single conversation.
The Intercom Integration allows Claude to access customer conversations, support tickets, and user attributes. Claude can identify patterns in feedback, debug issues using conversation history, and automatically file bugs in Linear—managing the entire workflow from user feedback to resolution in a single conversation.
Through Integrations like Zapier, Claude can access thousands of pre-built workflows and custom automations. Users can instruct Claude to pull data from HubSpot, prepare meeting briefs from calendars, file bugs in Linear, and execute complex multi-app processes through natural language commands.
Developers can create custom Integrations using MCP servers in as little as 30 minutes. Solutions like Cloudflare provide built-in OAuth authentication, transport handling, and integrated deployment, allowing organizations to connect Claude to any internal system or specialized service.
Integrations enable Claude's advanced Research capability to search connected applications in addition to the web and Google Workspace.
