The redesigned sidebar manages multiple active sessions simultaneously, allowing developers to kick off refactors, bug fixes, and test-writing tasks across repos and switch between them as results arrive. Sessions can be filtered by status, project, or environment, keeping focus on live work.
The app is built for managing many concurrent AI tasks with the developer in the orchestrator seat. Side chats allow mid-task questions without misdirecting main threads. Three view modes (Verbose, Normal, Summary) dial transparency into Claude's tool calls.
Integrated terminal for running tests and builds, in-app file editor for spot edits, and rebuilt diff viewer for large changesets enable developers to validate and refine AI-generated code before shipping, ensuring quality standards are met.
Desktop app has parity with CLI plugins; centrally-managed or locally-installed plugins work identically. SSH support extends to Mac and Linux for remote machine sessions. Keyboard shortcuts and usage indicators streamline navigation and context awareness.
